You may view jobs and obtain a paper employment application form at the Human Resources office or by viewing the employment opportunities section. Applications will be accepted for open positions only. You can email completed applications to Human Resources
PLEASE NOTE: If you are applying for ANY position in the Taylor County Sheriff's Office (TCSO) (deputy, jailer, 911 dispatcher, records clerk, etc.):

You MUST complete the TCSO Cover Page AND the Personal History Statement (PHS), in addition to the Taylor County Employment Application before your application will be accepted.
You do not have to fill out the Personal History Statement for any other county job openings - only for the TCSO positions.
To get the TCSO forms, click on the 'Employment Process' tab on the left-hand side of this page and then click on 'Application Process'.
Do not sign the PHS pages that need to be notarized. The HR Office can notarize them for you when you bring in the application.
Completed applications can be mailed, faxed, emailed, or dropped off at the HR Office, 400 Oak Street, Suite 120, of the Taylor County Plaza Building.
Please refer to our website or the Jobs Board outside the HR Office for the most current job postings. Jobs that still appear on Monster.com, etc, may already be closed by the County. All job postings are subject to removal or modification at any time. We will accept applications for open positions only.
